HOW WE WORK

  • We begin by reviewing the project in detail, including drawings, scope, and overall objectives. This stage is focused on understanding the design intent, identifying key requirements, and aligning expectations before moving forward.

  • We initiate the project by establishing all required preliminary conditions for a controlled and compliant start. This includes site protection, BMP implementation, and setup of necessary site facilities in accordance with city requirements. The project is then mobilized with the appropriate workforce, insurance coverage, and waste management plan in place, ensuring construction begins in an organized and properly managed environment.

  • Construction is carried out in a controlled sequence, with each phase executed according to the defined scope and coordinated across all trades. Progress is monitored closely to maintain alignment with the project requirements, ensuring work proceeds efficiently and is completed to the intended standard.

  • Upon completion, all work is reviewed in detail to ensure it aligns with the defined scope and project standards. Final inspections are coordinated, outstanding items are addressed, and documentation is finalized, resulting in a clean, complete, and properly delivered project.
