CALIBUILDER was founded on the belief that successful construction requires more than skilled building. It requires technical understanding, disciplined management, and leadership that sees the whole project.

Founder & CEO Ramin Parsa brings over 25 years of construction and project management experience, grounded in civil engineering and shaped by large-scale, complex projects. That foundation informs how CALIBUILDER approaches its work: understanding the challenges early, coordinating the details, and maintaining a clear direction from planning through completion.

Since establishing CALIBUILDER in 2014, Ramin has built the company around these principles. Today, its Residential and Commercial divisions bring together construction expertise and collaboration with architects and trade partners to serve the distinct needs of Bay Area clients.

His vision for CALIBUILDER is enduring: an organization known for the strength of its work, the professionalism of its process, and the confidence it earns from its clients.
